Just trying to follow this . . . but wasn't claim 5 canceled and changed to claim 13 in the re-exam, as per your earlier post?

On October 17, 2012, the United States Patent and Trademark Office
issued a Reexamination Certificate for the ’737 patent, canceling Claim 5 and adding new Claim 13, which is substantially identical to former claim 5. A true and correct copy of the Reexamination Certificate is attached hereto as Exhibit C.
