The data segment issues noted are for creating and audio application having an ability of editing in and around the segments, with that, the methods can be inplemented in creating all types of applications....like their microcam.

This is on the fly stuff ...They are eximplifing the use for an application.

Now, 445, that examplifies the methods used for an operating system enviornment....having advanced abilities.
