The Agora site being up or down does not matter. If people are depending on message boards to be functional so they can decide to buy or sell...are they using common sense? I say know...go to one's brokerage site and see what's happening. Right back up to .11 and IMO that 130K were sells and the MM's scooped them up then raised the bid and sold them. They get paid on the spread...duh...lol.
