Question of the day for Collateral estoppel.

Where do we stand if the judge rules against us?

Is Handal prepared to move forward and take the decision to higher court if that is appropriate? Or is the decision by the judge final and we lose the battle but not the war.

I like the examples that have been posted all indicating that we should prevail on this issue, but as we know the courts seem to have favorites in the business world.
