Yes he was there and we met and talked after the hearing.

His recollection was spot on.

The only thing I would add and you can quote is whenever Handal was speaking the Judge was nodding his head appearing to agree or understand his point while when the Apple attorney was speaking he appeared like a dear in head lights confused and eager for him to finish his rambling so he could reword his question and try and get a straight answer out of him.

Then right at the end Apple's attorney made the following statement. "If you vote in our favor you could probably eliminate half of the defendants in this case and make your job easier" (That was a paraphrase).
