Am I the only one here that is surprissed at how quickly Handal is going after Apple. We were told they have identified 174 companies infringing on our patents. With Handal hiring Blue Sands to help , I thought we would be building up some $$ with settelments. With the other infringers ( SanDisk ) jumping on with Apple, if we get a bad ruling where does that leave us ? With the nxt Q coming in a couple weeks, the settelment amounts should be interesting , maybe some clarification at shareholders meeting.
