IMO, It's not going there for either of Handals considerations...

flat out denial.....they settle the next day

alternate postponement.....they settle two weeks later, it wouldn't be worth their effort.

IMO, the Markman proceedings will shape by default....heading into March 2014...

However, it will never get there, unless one of the defendants is overly curious as to an out come.
