These Defendant attorneys who submit collateral estoppel motions & requests for judicial notice are simply trying to squirm out from the lawsuit. They would be doing their clients a disservice if they didn't try. Nice to see Handal on top of things - their replies are extremely well written IMO. I feel confident with Handal fighting for us.
