One more comment on the matter...on behalf of Handal...

They are dealing with details involving e.Digitals complaint of infringement with separate law suits.

And they are dealing with details of separate counter law suits against e.Digital by defendants...

They are dealing with CE

They are dealing with rule 12(C) issue.

I don't know from which issue 12(C) is initiated from, just too much for me to absorb.

But I must say, it's a hell of a load for Handal to carry...and keep things straight ...

A "where are we today....offence or defense?" ....type thing...
