Would GOOG have to buy e.Digital if the control circuitry of 774 ....having an ability to manage individual and discrete circuits,,,,which can manage 8 processor circuits....where each of those 8 processor circuits can have the same ability of management for their discrete operations.....

If the current Collateral Estoppel is not weighed in e.Digitals favor?
