I get what the legal technicality is about now...thanks letgo...

Now this I do not understand...

"Given the aforementioned objections, e.Digital respectfully requests that Defendant’s Motion be stricken and/or the hearing be taken off calendar given that the Motion is untimely."

Apple responds to e.Digital at length 8-2-2013...arguing the points that e.Digital says where past due and should have been stricken prior to July 9, 2013.

8-9-13 hearing for Apple still stands.
