HTC settled two months after to the Markman opinion...for whatever reason... "MOTION TO DISMISS 8/31/11" ......link to PR.... PR8/31/2011

Thing is, prior to those two dated issues, attorney for HTC spear headed the USPTO Ex Parte re-exam of 774.....

Filed 10-27-2010(8 months prior to Markman opinion) by "attorney for Requester" Todd Patterson of Patterson & Sheridan, LLP... with considered questions of patentability.

Attorney for defendant HTC...Patterson Sheridan, LLP....Jerry R Selinger.... counsel for defendant HTC....and counsel for former defendant Casio.

Anyway....
