Don't be fooled.... the most important thing e.Digital has going on right now is the Judge's decision about the C.E., Collateral Estoppel, in my opinion. The other motions have bearing too, don't get me wrong, but C.E. is the big nut to crack right now.

Now, if the C.E decision goes against e.Digital, then I'll be concerned, but not now. This is like someone in Florida complaining about the sunshine when it's been raining for months. This is a break in the stormy weather. In other words, money in the bank.

On another note.... was the settlement amounts as much as I'd like them to be? Nope, certainly not... not by a longshot.... but they are settlements none the less and without them we'd be in deep trouble.

Will the settlements in the future be a lot more? Well, that's the 64 million dollar question isn't it. There are a lot of variables that have to play out until that question can be answered. IN MY OPINION.

All of this is my opinion only.... but the big play has not happened yet. It's being decided as we speak and will be announced shortly... it's do any day now.

C.E. in favor of EDIG, then we move forward, one step at a time. Some would like to end this before it even gets started... not me... I want this to go to Markman and Claims Construction, and maybe to trial, if need be.

Keeping my eye on the prize is my goal...
