We all need to wait for the decision by the judge. Yes the settlements were low but at least we were able to pay the bills. Just what would have been the settlements if the judges decision was positive??? We have another 150 plus infringers and a postitve decision will exact more and higher revenues especially when you consider Apple and the other biggies.Don't pissss in your own face wait if nessesary until march of next year when and if it goes to a markman.
