It's somewhat disturbing that the judge has not made a decision on Collateral Estoppel after more than 3 weeks, when he stated probably two weeks for the decision.

Seems to me we had a lot going for us with the patent approvals and similar cases where CE was not granted.

Is he looking for an out to justify his decision to allow CE since Apple was involved and we know how big business throws their weight around to always come out a winner.

Still hoping, but the longer it takes the more I worry about the decision and our record of coming out ahead hasn't been very good.

We really need this to put some money in the pot and then hope that Nunchgi or other events makes our company success.
