The Markman is the ruling... I don't understand what you are getting at...
What ruling was there prior to the Markman ruling?
Going back to Colorado and appealing the Markman ruling on 774 straight out was my consideration a day or two ago.
Maybe that should have been considered first after the re-exam.
Thing is, the current defendants will have to be set free....with prejudice...
