if, based on my earlier conjecture, whether there is "another shoe to drop".

My earlier conjecture revolved around the appearance, to me, that recent dismissals were "conditional" - possibly contingent on this ruling. Now my suspicion is whether we will see settlements with the "conditionally dismissed" parties for amounts appropriate to the remaining accused infringement of the "still alive patents/claims in suit". The amounts would be for lesser amounts than previously contemplated due to a probable narrowed scope of infringement.

But as Fred suggests in the PR, infringement is infringement whether it be of one patent claim or several. So near term settlements may still be in play, IMO.

Anyone, please correct me or offer constructive argument.
