This is exactly what I'm thinking. Dismissals with settlements pending with the license fee amount dependent on the outcome of the estoppel decision. If we win the license fee is a higher amount, if we lose then a lesser fee for licenses on the remaining infringed patents.

As mentioned before, one of those dismissals included the word "settlement" and appeared conditional. And another was conditional with one stated condition being that the defendent supply certain sales data - why would we want or need sales data unless to determine fee?
