Well said. This "sole memory limitation" issue is basically a myth, b.s. that the defense conjured up and sold to the judge in Colorado, and Apple is trying (so far successfully) to keep it alive. The re-exam makes clear that it is false (i.e., b.s) & we have to make that so clear even a judge can't ignore it.
