We need to get back to the initial problem that ruling in Colorado needs to be addressed in some fashion.

For all the authority sman enlightened us to, and that which I read in the e.Digital responses....they are worthless.

The judge can pick and choose as he sees fit with regard to authorities , just like OBAMA did to Samsung...
