I know how hard you work and how much you want EDIG to succeed. And yet, contrary to my experiences with shareholders' meetings of other big board firms and personal experiences as a decision-maker of the same, the meetings of EDIG are invariably covered with a thick veil of secrecy. Shareholders are not interested in you revealing the software package of Nuchi or anything else, but they are certainly interested in knowing how you and IP-Metric, for example, plan to monetize EDIG's intellectual property and what progress has taken place since last year's annual meeting. Moreover, it will be very helpful to let all of us know your expectations or the IP-metric's expectations regarding revenues from EDIG's intellectual assets. It will also be helpful to relate to us your expectations and aspirations concerning the near future of the company. These questions are very important to the shareholders, so much more since the new court decision decreased the probality that mere litigation will be enough to keep the company afloat. Related to these considerations, the presence of both IP-Metrics and Handal at the shareholders' meeting would be very useful and welcome. There is not any reason for any of the representatives of these firms to reveal secrets. However, by the same token, not everything is a critical piece of information that will jeopardise the future of EDIG.
