Perhaps, legal stratagies,. articles about pertinent legal decisions, etc., should be forwarded, via PM, to someone (Dischino) who would determine if it should disseminated to a list of board members who have requested such information, and on to Fred or Handal.

Disch, you know you are the one that will be asked to forward such info to Fred or Handal, anyway, so that step is logical. PM's to other board members may be too much to ask...but put me on the list. :>)
