Are you then saying that we need to go the secret route not posting any information? We accused the lawyer from Apple as being a bloviator. Yet Apple and its lawyers were able to take information from the original patent and turn it against us with the sentence "main Memory". the biggest mistake we can make is to think that their lawyers are just fat cats and don't know or that they don't have a staff that can pick out a word or sentence that brings up a whole other issue. Are some of our people here real smart such as Doni and SS and others. Yes. But to think that the other side does not have people just as smart and just as capable is really nieve. My point here is that if we decide to keep things secret who then will be hurt more? Not them but us. We here don't have any imput from them. What we have is what we learned from our smart guys and not even from our leaders in the company. Here we are complaining at times that we have no information and now we want to shut off even that what we get. Bad idea. Who then will keep their feet to the fire. The patent information is out there for all to see. The law concerning where we are is what is being defined by others here. Don't shut that up. We then will get nothing and be in the dark about edig just as most of us continue to be as we wait to get information from Fred and co.
