The questions being asked and considered have been based on information that is already in the hands of the other side. Yes there maybe some articles that have escaped them yet it appears that their appearence in court and the battle they were engaged in had very little if anything to do with what was sent to Fred. The won their skirmish based on a decision that judge made in Co. I for one welcome the insite to information given here even though most of it is to technical. But to say that the other side does not have people that understand what is going on is to say the least nieve. We critisize Fred because he is not forthcoming and now want to do the same thing to this board. Think it out. What has kept most of us tuned in has been the openess of this venue nmot its secrecy attitude.
