The real wonmder is why they have these judges in place where they don't have the qualifications to deliberate. They are soposed to understand the mechanics of what they are to ejudicate. Thats why we have opinions and not correct knowledge. And without a possibility to explaine further when they do make a mistake, the mistakes will continue to be made all to the benefit of those who continue to violate patent ownership. As Jobs said, they'll sateal it then let the lawyers fight it out. Thats why my feelings have been to show no mercy to those whose entire carreer has been based on their theft of some one elses idea. And worse they have the judges on their side.
This last judge just kicked the gan down the road for someone else to deal with it. Its lesas work for him just as applesa lawyer stated to him. Thats modern day justice.
