The problem with RCE's based on a generic explaination from the company, the USPTO does not have internal timeline to complete a request as it does to examine, approve or issue a non final rejection for response, receive the response then set a new time line and so forth with new patent applications.

11/522,000 filed an RCE Oct 7, 2010.

Fred said the patent attorney follows up but no action to date.
