and to buy nunchi and incorporate it along with this deal I think IMO is a smart move.

no wonder they are one of the 50+ companies testing nunchi with ip metric,

I hope that ip metric and fred are aware of this news I hope they can convince microsoft that nunchi and nokia deal is like bread and butter.
