To clarify something, there may be a little misunderstanding as to how many CE outfits are looking at NUNCHI. BLR made it pretty clear but I've read some posts that may have it a bit off base.

Here we go...

Over 50 and under 100 have been "put on notice" that we have 6 approved NUNCHI patents and safe to assume IMO that 3 more are pending. This was between BLR and Cocumelli Q&A.

As to how many companies are doing DD at this time, Falk said "many."

The point here, to think 50 or more have signed NDA's and doing DD is stretching it.

Can't even hazard a guess....
