they're trying to get all defendants in the current California case to agree to the terms of the document REQUEST to pentax.....--which would likely go in a subpoena to non party PENTAX--still don't know what I'm talking about......separately,

they will then see if an agreement for production can be worked out between NON_PARTY Pentax and the current defendants to produce it (the colorado settlement agreement between edig and pentax) in some form.....ct says let me know if all you pain in the (#^$*)#7$ defendants can't work this out..

is about production, not settlement in our current cases,,,,you didn't get this from me, cya
