Let hope we begin to see some added settlement income before we run out of money. We have about 1.7 million in operating cash and we incur approximately 400k to 450k per quarter for all expenses. That says we have enough to stay open for a little less than one year.

If the judge holds up on all of the current litigation and we don't see any added money from settlements, we have a problem. I doubt they would find it easy to sell more shares considering the price we are sitting at and who would want to come to the rescue without a high degree of success on the horizon.

I do hope Handal and IPMetrics press a little on the gas pedal with a high degree of earnest.
