Logic tells me that it was a single person, unlikely that several would all on load at the same price.it was no a market sell. If the purchase was at .02 and one sold approx 1 million shares, the profit was approx. 46k, not too bad he there were ant doubts about company success or didn't want to wait it out and maybe come back in later if things change.
