It does get a bit confusing, as the "without prejudice" as part of the stipulate agreement is for the immediate relief of defendants form 774 infringement.

That issue is hardened first with a court order prior to what happens to exhibit A....I'm trying to figure out how the two come together in keeping everything fair.
