You may be right about Apples CE being WITHOUT PREJUDICE. It was my impression from my conversation with Mr. Handal. He never stated it and I have no knowledge from the legal proceedings as to that fact.

However I am absolutely certain as to the remainder of the conversation, especially where the status of 774 is concerned......The statement from Mr. Handal "AT THE PROPER TIME" was Not an off hand remark, a maybe or a wish.....
