In the past we have compared our situation to that of David v.s. Goliath

It is more like one plankton(I decided an ant was too big) v.s. the universe market cap wise

The good news is that we have Tony Handal, IPmetrics, and Blue Sands on our side as well as the flash patents, the Nunchi patents including children, and Micro Signet.

If this thing with Apple goes for awhile, it is conceiveable for Apple to spend our entire market cap on attorneys fees. Makes one stop and think as to why they are fighting the situation when they could make it go away for what amounts to a rounding error on their market cap and own everything that they and we know is in many of their products. We'll see.
