IMO, there is no reason to condition 774 to the current Markman proceedings....if there is I'd like to hear it.

774 IMVHO, is being conditioned to the current proceedings as leverage in settleing 737...etc.... prior to any judgements.

anyway, enough of that..

I'll wait to see what companies settle up prior to the big day....and as they settle, I just say to my self...no 774 litigation for them...good for them.
