RIM... partakes in the efforts.

I guess that means we had a small victory regarding RIM's 12c.....whatever the proposed dismissal was based on regarding the e.Digital / Samsungs settlement agreement.

Or did I miss here the doc of the courts denial ?

anyway...they appear to be in the game of settlement...
