So long as it hasn't grown to 100 in the last dozen years...@ least they have control of their deficit.

For me, over that dozen year period, I haven't put up any capital.

With that, for that accumulation it's without any carrying costs.

I have no problem with a stable situation...anyone that walks away from that ...is blind.
