There is always carrying costs. Our ability to get new capital over the years was at a higher cost and we had to give more because of the losses incurred. It's no different than a loan, the interest rates are a reflection of the financials.

As to your capital, anyone that has bought shares may have lost money by selling those shares, which are dependent on the success of the company. In general everyone has a lose from deficits.
