Since 774 & 108 are set aside (for the moment) by the stipulated partial agreement (stemming from CE) and they also appear to have negotiated an agreement regarding 737 & 170 only, what else remains? Since this seems to fall short of a full settlement covering all 4 patents in suit, the logical next step, IMHO, is to revive 774 & 108 by appealing the CE (and/or the Colorado ruling)? Just my 2c (1/4 EDIG share) worth. Dr. Mike
