It might be, but I'd be more likely to think that it's one or both of 2 reasons... The recent win by PTSC over HTC in court and or something in the Edig court experiences that's leading him to believe it's getting closer to a sure thing. Either way it was most encouraging!! He's generally a pretty quiet guy... Seldom says anything forcefully. This is a good sign.
