"content with the status-quo'?--settlements and ENE meetings are being held and announced weekly it seems these days, the Micro Signet patents are approved and are being held up by the slow work of the USPTO, 50+ companies are doing DD on Nunchi and have been for the last 6-7 months, and there are more flash infringers to file on. It is my understanding that Fred owns @1million shares and has options for @1m more shares at 2.7 cents, I do not think he is content with the status quo. If he can get the share price up to $1, that is $2m for him and so on. Everyone on this board is weary with how long it has been, but some of the timing of things are out of the companies control. The flash patents were not handled well in the beginning, but those same mistakes do not appear to be happening with Micro Signet and Nunchi.
