And now we're back to 'what-ifs'

and btw, an attourney advised me that the CE appeal will most likely take atleast a year and defendants probably know this; so our appeal will most likely have no variance on the settlement amounts prior to 3-14 CC n Markman.... another upsetting deal we're dealt.
