Newegg is second guessing its resolved position and they don't like it.

They are paying more in legal fees than the final settlements are amounting to and they don't like that either. This could go on forever, depending on how device specific the final settlements with manufactures are resolved.

The retailers are sitting in the middle and Newegg is irritated about it.
