Ok, so its been approved from the standpoint that Edig needs to respond and then Apple can respond to that by the 4th.
The frustrating part is why even let this happen. You would think the Judge would flat out deny the effort.
the other frustrating part is its stated by the judge no oral arguments will be used.
Seems this Judge is being played by Apple. He is letting everything they want happen.
