Thing is, after reading exhibt-1 proposed claims constructions considered by defendants....e.Digital needs a positive ruling on the CE appeal to end all this nonsense for what defendants want to present for claims construction.

This frigging RAM issue needs to be resolved for good.....IMO, with that out of the way it's clear sailing.

This is an amazingly disgusting process to clear that hurdle.....
