I'm really hoping EDIG/Handel are not going to get pushed around by Apple and other infringers as the court/judge seems to be. They should be furious and heads down with ensuring Edig gets back compensation as well as royalties/ ongoing compensation for all impacted devices.

I believe the patents/Flash functionality are key elements which allows the products to work. Without these patented functions, the companies would not have a product at all. As crazy as this seems. 30% + of all revenues associated with these products should not be out of the quesiton. 30% + for all future royalties should be driven as well. They should not deal with anymore 1 time payments. Future Royalties on all devices needs to be mandated.

EDIG needs to demonstrate that infringement will not be tolerated anymore and the longer companies like Apple drag out and play these games the more financial impact they will incur. I really hope they show no mercy to this infringement.
