He's going to get whatever the assessed value of infringement is for the devices sited ..Fred needs to get the 774 CE resolved...everything after that, IMO, will fall into place. Defendants will not have a claims construction of 774 or 737 regarding flash memory and the NO RAM issue....disappears.

It would be clear sailing if that happens....they'll fall as fast as Handal can name defendants.

737 has a few clear years on it yet, and it can then comfortably lean on mom(774) if it gets a clean bill....737 will not be subject to the claims construction I recently put up that the current defendants are considering for flash memory. They are leaning on the CE for what they are proposing.

And 747 would still be in play itself.
