Apple was late in understanding EDIG's strategy of quickly appealing the Huawewi case based on the 54(B) civil procedure rule. APPL's timing is thrown off and now they want in in on a joint appeal they are too late for. At least two separate cases will be winding their way through the court, and AAPL may be too late--the train has left the station without them.
