On or before November 15, 2013, Defendants' counsel shall provide Plaintiff's counsel Case: 3:12-cv-02877-DMS-WVG As of: 11/02/2013 08:16 AM PDT 2 of 3 with an executed Settlement Agreement. On or before December 13, 2013, Defendant shall issue a check for the agreed upon amount of the settlement. On or before December 17, 2013, a Joint Motion for Dismissal of this case shall be filed.

A Settlement Disposition Conference will be held in this case on December 20, 2013, at 7:00 AM, in the chambers of Magistrate Judge Gallo unless a signed Joint Motion for Dismissal of this case is filed and a copy of the signed Joint Motion is provided to the chambers of Magistrate Judge Gallo, prior to that time.
