Apple, for now, for the devices sited, infringement is for 774 and 737 only ....however, 108 was part of the CE, even though it was not considered in the CO Markman ruling.....e.Digital sited the 108 RAM issue in its pleading of opposition to the defendants CE motion.

The current judge basically put 108 along side 774.....I think I like that as an appeal issue.

IMVHO...Kill the RAM issue and we are home free....774 and 108 need to be squashed together....the appeal will do that.
